Chiaki Ishikawa – Uninstall (Promo Video)
I seem to have a habit of loading up Aegisub whatever my exams draw close… I just spent a few hours subbing the PV for Uninstall for no particular reason. I didn’t use any fancy effects this time, just a bunch of \kf, \fad and \move.

The video gets a little desynced near the end. I encoded it five times with different settings but to no avail. I think it’s something to do with using AviSynth to load the WMV source file. Oh well.

Very good work with the subs.. and the PV is excellent.

Umm. Did you really have to use the most difficult words you could think of for the translation? Those are beautiful, heartbreaking lyrics, and those are served best with a matching simplicity. :/
But thanks for subbing anyway; I wanted to know what the latter half of the song means.

Here is a thought/request: for your next japanese lesson, could you please briefly explain the lyrics of this marvelous song? Learning by example is effective, and a song like this can be easily memorized once understood. You don’t have to be thorough – you could just keep referring us to relevant sections in previous lessons. I for one would really really really appreciate it… really. Thanks anyway.
