My life is now complete.
It’s a pre-painted recast from e2046 of the most awesome figure of Haruhi-sama ever produced by mortal hands. I was pretty sceptical about this when it was first announced, since pre-painted resin figures tend to suck a lot. I didn’t order it.
The packaging
But apparently e2046′s new “Gathering” series of pre-painted figure are goddamn awesome. After reading a few reviews, I was totally regretting my decision. ORZ
The content
That’s when e2046 announced a second shipment of pre-painted Haruhi. I preordered it without any hesitations. Those meals I skipped were put to good use.
The pieces
The packaging is pretty darn secured. It has enough padding to survive a plane crash (although that would have really delayed the shipping). The pieces are all very nicely done, especially the guitar.

Btw I don’t know why people marvel at the guitar. You can get similar sized mini guitars that hve just as much detail, at Paradiz or any gift store, for like 10 bucks.

As for the unassembled kit… We all know it’s never going to happen. I’m too lazy. Well, if a miracle does happen, I’m hoping to have it in an alternative colour. ^^

Nicely done. e2046 is a recast store, but the Gathering series are extremely well-done. I am still waiting for them to ship that Haruhi over too. Good that you got the second wave too, because they did say that they wouldn’t be doing any more.

Lucky guy! How can anyone not love christmas after that? How I hate those awful customs duty! I was thinking about buying this from HobbyFan, but I’m not actually sure the quality will be very good. Also, it’s more expensive than the gathering one so… I think I will be satisfied with MaxFactory Haruhi…
