Imagine Panty as your Spice (sex, immorality) and Stocking as your Sugar (for obvious reasons). Don’t you think everything becomes suddenly nice if something involving them is happening?

info600: Actually, I don’t think there’s very much you can call “East” in this. I suppose the whole monster-fighting theme in Powerpuff Girls is originally inspired by anime and sentai, but that’s about it. (And I guess the short transformation scene.)
