Well Musashi definitely ISN’T mainstream. Consider it an experiment by Oshii to use animation in documentary format… (which is a theme this year that extends to Waltz with Bashir and Barefoot Gen).

But Musashi is quite interesting nonetheless.

Got my Musashi: The Dream of the Last Samurai and Genius Party Beyond tickets yesterday. Watching both on the same day.
