Subject: [Eva][Poem] Through The Eyes Of An Angel

                     Through The Eyes Of An Angel

I stare at the mirror. She's so young, that stranger. So very young.
But her eyes. Her eyes lie. They are not child's eyes.
Dark blue orbs, portals to the depths of the soul within. They reflect the
tormented memories of the past. 
The bright light of love, refracted into a thousand beams. Her beating heart
shattered beyond repair.
So sad. I almost feel sorry for her. Almost.
Then a flash of anger. Anger at her eyes. For their betrayal.
Immediately her face hardens. The wrath of Diana upon her face. 
A scream of rage.
Broken shards of glass fall to the floor.
But her eyes. Her eyes never lie.
